Acadia Restaurant Northumberland Scallops Acadia Restaurant recently closed making way for Red Sauce, a hotly-tipped new eaterie continuing the cocktail tradition and serving a range of classic Italian favorites with broad appeal.

Inspired owners Scott and Lindsay Selland have opted to take their business in a new and exciting direction and we extend this website to pay homage to the great work done by the Sellands and the staff that made Acadia a dearly loved staple of Toronto dining.
